Websites are built up of text and don’t use much bandwidth at all even for 100,000’s of page loads. However having  large uncompressed images, videos or sound files being loaded every page load can increase your bandwidth usage drastically.

Disk Space or Hard Disk Space is the amount of physical space available on your server. Any file on your server takes up this space including HTML, images, videos and etc. Your email account storage also uses this disk space so it is not recommended to use the email account for large file transfers. If you’re nearing your disk space limit you can contact us and we can try assist in reducing your space without affecting your website. However if this is not possible we may request you upgrade your package.

1. Login to your account
2. In the navigation menu click Services then My Services
3. Choose the hosting account that you wish to upgrade
4. On the left-hand side under Actions choose
5. Upgrade/Downgrade
6. Choose your new package
7. Once you’ve paid the upgrade invoice your service will be upgraded automatically

How do upgrades work?
When you place an order you will be refunded what you haven’t used of the current cycle on the existing service and then charged for the remainder of the cycle at the new service price. The due date doesn’t change.
